Extensive research has found that a significant number of the population would rather die than speak in public. We might think that socialists would be less afraid, since after all, we are “social”. But this is not true. While there are Toastmasters groups for overcoming this, these are run by organizations very sympathetic to capitalism. The beauty of this article is that it is offering valuable tips for public speaking with a specifically union/socialist orientation.
