Propaganda works best when it is white propaganda. White propaganda is used in societies that are relatively stable and the propaganda is based on facts. But in societies that have been de-legitimized, the lies of black propaganda are used out of desperation. This is a great article which describes something that is going on today called “Counter-messaging”. This is a systematic bombardment of news, media and book industries designed to attack articles or people unfavorable to the authorities. Fake people post fake anti-socialists messages.
