Free Money Drives up Asset Prices: Rise in Home Prices Doom the Working-Class

In the month of January, usually a slow month for buying homes; home sales are up 14%.
This may seem like a sign of a rise of the health of the capitalist economy.
It isn’t. All the free money being printed by the government is driving up asset prices, like homes, making it seem like people have more money. But this is only a passing phase. The prices of homes are rising again, which will make it even more impossible for working class people to buy a home. This is due to a lack of stable, full-time jobs that are necessary to make a real commitment to home ownership. The working class not only cannot afford to buy a home, but neither can they afford to go to college or pay for health care.
