Michael Roberts’ Yearly Book Reviews: Why Socialist Planning from Below is Feasible

Usually socialist planning is dismissed because of its perceived problems in the former Soviet Union when it was administed from the top down. However, Scottish political economist Paul Cockshott argues that socialist planning from below is both feasible and necessary in an age of climate crisis.
