Collective Action Can Override Worker Isolation and Fear

Workers who are working at home have been isolated and have to figure out for themselves how to engage their employers about the proportion of time they will work at home, or come to the worksite. Those who are working in “essential jobs” on worksites live in fear of catching COVID- 19. But, as this article shows us, workers who Zoom together stay together by deciding collectively what to do.
