No, it’s Saudi Arabia and China is in on the ground floor. Actually, China has been Saudi Arabia’s largest trading partner for the past 10 years. But recently, the two countries have signed agreements not just in oil, but in agriculture and mining valued at $20 billion. Notice the wisdom of socialist China. Unlike the old socialism it doesn’t demand that the countries it trades with be socialist. Despite the Islamic fundamentalism, China keeps its focus on developing the productive forces.
