Will the Communist Chinese Communist Party Drive Capitalists Out of Housing?

The property owner Evergrande now has debts of more than 300 million dollars. Despite attempts to raise cash, it is approaching default. How bold will the Communist Party be? Will it take over the housing market directly and treat it as a human right, the way it does with health and education? Or will it be more moderate? The party must consider the impact of an Evergrande default on both the Chinese economy and the world economy.
