Why is Russian Victory Day Prohibited in Eastern Europe?

Far and away the Russians did more to save Europe from fascism than any other country.
So why in the Baltic States is it forbidden to celebrate Victory Day?

In fact, the Baltic states refer to the Soviets as occupiers. What did the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 do to the relationship between Russia and the Baltics? How do we interrupt this Baltic political  move? Are they siding with the US against Russia?
