What’s Missing in 21st Century Socialism is Micro-socialism

Richard Wolff and Harriet Fraad give a nice summarization of the strengths of 19th and 20th century socialism with its emphasis on parties, unions and state centralization. However, they missed two key areas of micro-socialism. One was democracy in the workplace and the other was socialism in households. For example, there was no program for paid housework.
