Liberals like to imagine that they are the opposite of totalitarians, which of course they refer to as communism and fascism. But the truth is that Western media, both domestic and international easily qualify as liberal totalitarianism.
This new totalitarianism impacts how political elections are perceived both home and abroad. It occurs through “non-governmental” organizations and universities along with mass surveillance which include digital platforms controlled by multi-national capitalists. Examples include the recent electoral process in four Latin American countries.
