The Western European rulers, vassals of Mordor, mindlessly believe that Russia is more of a threat to them than the is United States.
But these rulers, so unpopular at home and lacking capital to invest in NATO have been dragging their feet. No worries, anti-Russia Poland will happily waste its surplus value in building up an anti-Russia NATO force.
