The Class War in Yankeedom: 1886-1936

Fortunately, there are a few radical history books besides Howard Zinn’s A People’s History of the United States, that tell the story of American history “from the bottom up”. But there are few movies available that do the same thing. The exception to this is the work by documentarian Scott Noble’s series “A History of Warring on the Homefront”. The first part goes from 1886 to 1936. Included are the Haymarket riots, the birth of the IWW and the FBI invasions into socialist lives up through the Depression.
