In the conflict between Palestine and Israel it’s very easy to think of each side as being represented by only one group. It is hard to imagine Palestinians NOT being all for Hamas and Israel as not being represented by the Zionists.
But in fact there are two other parties in Palestine: Fatah and Palestinian Christians. A long-term state solution for Palestine must involve all three groups. Russia is one of the only countries to bring all three groups to the negotiating table.
