In relation to the military might of Germany and Russia, the author says it would take Germany 100 years to compete with Russia’s military might. As for NATO, it is weak because of the premature reduction of military spending after the 2nd Cold War and its dependency on Mordor.
It has also spent itself on neocolonial projects instead of building its own infrastructures. It has not invested in research and it is lacking in military expertise. The Russians could wipe both out without breaking a sweat.
