Capitalism is in trouble and the world ruling class can smell it. At a time when capitalism’s legitimacy to rule is sinking by the day, what better way to win back the masses than to trot out that paragon institution of morality, the Catholic Church. Will the masses look to this sexual abuse-crazed institution as moral grounds for a declining capitalism? We doubt this desperate attempt will bear any fruit for the world’s rulers, including the Vatican.
