The Orange Lard announces tariffs against the world and rails against the decline of the dollars as the world trading currency. Excuse us Generalissimo, but Mordor’s population is a tiny percentage of the world’s people. China will be fine even with a declining US market or even with no US market at all. China has a booming economic relationship with the Mid-East, Southeast Asia and Russia.
The dollar is already in decline and BRICS is on the verge of replacing the dollar with its own digital currency. This cannot be reversed by the whim of a dictator who knows nothing about international political economy. Additionally, there are powerful capitalists in Mordor who want to do business with China and are strongly opposed to tariffs.
