Have Mordor sanctions impacted Russian trade? Yes, but only trade with the West. In the case of India it has not impacted the Russian supply of military weapons nor in the areas of food consumption or energy.
Russia has been made stronger by the sanctions because it has forced them to trade more with Asian countries and strengthen BRICS.
