Kissinger’s Visit to China: Too Little, Too Late

As is well known, Henry Kissinger is no friend of the neocons. In the early 70s as a Rockefeller globalist, he attempted to make peace with the Chinese. On the other hand, the neocons are Hobbesian realists of international relations. For Nuland and Kagan, there has never been a war they didn’t like. So Kissinger’s visit to China is hardly part of US foreign policy. Without institutional support there is no hope for any reconciliation with China.
