Clearly a big part of the movement towards a multipolar world is the movement away from the dollar. Another big part of the movement is to build infrastructures and harness energy to improve the internal conditions of poorer nation-states in Southeast Asia and Africa.
In addition, Russia is leading the charge to build transportation systems across countries that bypass trade routes controlled by the declining West.
