The West champions itself as the home of independent nation states with its own media reporting world events. But in the case of China, just as it was in Russia, Yankees dictates the political lines and all countries from Columbia, to India, from England to Australia, follow suit.
This totalitarian interpretation of the Chinese economic and political motives is metaphorically connected to the coronavirus. Rather than a “Cold War” the author argues there is now a hot war going on from trade wars to border terrorism of political and religious sects.
