This is an interesting article because it reviews world events for 2023 and projects possibilities for 2024 from a Russian point of view. The biggest event of the year for Russia was the growth of BRICS. At the same time, Russia demonstrated how it is possible to still grow economically without being connected to the global economy.
In reaction to Mordor’s sanctions, Russia traded with other countries and rose to be the 5th largest economy in the world. Perhaps the most important process at stake is how well the countries in the Middle East hop on the multipolar express.
