To date, the pandemic has taken the lives of 164,000 people in Yankeedom. The projected increase of these numbers in the U.S. by December is almost twice that, at 295,000, with the greatest number of cases likely occurring in November. In spite of these solid scientific figures, capitalists continue to insist that people go back to work and that schools open.
