Dow Falls 832 Points: Strong Economy? Fat Chance!

Amidst the compulsive crowing about a strong economy we find a simple inability to distinguish the stock market from the real physical economy. If the economy was really strong, there would be no problem with the Federal Reserve raising its interest rates. But finance capitalists are so dependent on a free ride from the Federal Reserve’s low interest rates that when the Reserve asks them to pull their own weight, stock markets fall.
