It is tempting to look at the federal invasion of Portland and other U.S. cities solely as the doings of the Idiot King. For many years, long before Trump was “elected”, the Democrats went along with the Patriot Act, funding the Department of Homeland Security, domestic spying and the Northern Command. In addition, they have not called for Trump’s impeachment or taken any meaningful actions against his illegal use of federal soldiers against U.S. citizens.
