Bosses Want to Fix the Workers – Workers Want to Fix the Job

Generally speaking, whenever there is a problem in the workplace we can count on bosses to do at least the following: blame the workers so that they internalize a social problem and make it psychological.

Second, bosses refuse to invest in fixing the problem as in repairing machines or making more room. Workers, on the other hand, want to fix the job, like providing ventilation or heating. Furthermore, this article shows how workers typically go through a collective-creative process of a “hierarchy of controls” in order to fix the problem.
