40% of Nation-States are Failing and the Center Cannot Hold

This article points out that not only are there growing protests throughout the world, but over 40% of the world’s nation-states are in relative stages of collapse. When you combine this with mass migrations and ecological disasters as well as the rise of fascism in the west, it is hard to talk seriously about any kind of centrist politics.
