Capitalist propaganda has it that the proposed fiscal distribution for infrastructure and consumer spending will increase inflation. But as political economist Jack Rasmus points out, inflation will be caused by capitalist raising prices to make up for losses in 2020 due to Covid. Dr. Rasmus further points out at least four reasons why the CPI statistics are unreliable.
