It is hard to imagine, but the author, a liberal female SOCIOLOGIST, has managed to write a book about race and ignore social class. She is making quite a bit of money selling her training on combating racism to the very corporations, that from a Marxist point of view, are the perpetrators of racism to begin with. In fact there is no mention in her book about capitalism. This as a perfect textbook for the Democratic Party. Thanks to Gary Olson for this incisive analysis.
