In order for capitalism to survive, it must colonize other countries. Once its own working class is maximally exploited it turns to non-Western countries where the land and labor are cheap.
Its characteristics are its extraction of natural resources; political control over local leadership through puppet regimes and assassination. Lastly, it controls by the imposition of Western values which serve these capitalists. The article is filled with examples of Western colonialism around the world.
