The foreign policy of China is by far one of the most intelligent sets of strategies of the 20th century. In the past socialist countries would get caught up in whether or not the country they were trading with was socialist. But the motto of Xi Jinping seems to be “let us develop the productive forces”. Saudi Arabia and Iraq are responding in kind!
