Tourism is the third largest export sector of global capitalism.. Mostly because of COVID-19, the industry plummeted. On a world scale, tourism is predicted to drop to between 58-76 percent. What we must keep in mind is that tourism is more than simply entertaining people from other countries. These losses also mean loss of jobs. The greatest losses for the tourist industry are in Yankeedom, most likely because of the incoherent way the virus has been handled.
