Like India’s Modi, Lula wants to have his cake and eat it too. He wants to present a militant front when it comes to BRICS’s attempts at de-dollarization..
He also wants to kowtow to the United States. This is a president who is in his third term of office and has done nothing to further socialism in Latin America. In fact, he blocked Venezuela from getting into BRICS. If BRICS had any backbone Brazil would be thrown out now.
