This is a very interesting hour-long panel discussion/interview with members of coops in the Pacific Northwest about the challenges of starting and sustaining coops during pandemic times. Included in the discussion are a homecare coop, a food coop, a bakery and a bookstore. Our hope is that coops might be able to expand into the niche left by small capitalists businesses that have failed due to the pandemic.
