Pink and White Tide: Overview of Latin American Political Economy
This is a nice overview of the countries in which neoliberal policies have been restored as well as those countries that have social democratic tendencies and follow a Keynesian economic path. Unlike Europe, Latin America has very little radical-right presence. At the same time, with the possible exception of Venezuela and Ecuador, there is no radical left party vying for power.
