The Bank for International Settlements (BIS), which is an umbrella organization of central banks, warned of a dollar debt black hole that is not being kept track of. In the area of foreign exchange, five trillion dollars per day are being borrowed for which there are no statistics. This means even a coordinated efforts of central banks will not be able to account for this black hole when the next capitalist crisis hits.
