Most Europeans Favor Guaranteed Income for All

What would happen if there were a political policy that  guaranteed a basic income for all, regardless of how much they worked? The typical anti-communist, conservative reaction would be that no one would work at all. A recent poll conducted in Europe found that almost 2 out of 3 Europeans favored a guaranteed income for all. As to the fear that no one would work, the overwhelming majority polled said they would continue to work and not even reduce their hours.

What would Americans think? We probably will never know since you couldn’t get a polling place to even ask Americans this question.
