Mordor Railroad Strike: What Has Been Achieved in Spite of Union Leadership

This article in Labor Notes tells the story of the process by which the 12 railroad unions joined together and built the strike. It discusses the failure of the leadership to tell in detail the agreement that was reached. In subtle ways the union leadership tried to soft-sell the contract. They showed the contract to some workers and not others.  All workers wanted was predictable schedules and more time off.
