Military-Civilian Divide Grows in Mordor

Mordor’s domestic population’s confidence in the military has steadily declined over the decades.

Military recruiters said they are facing  years’ long uphill battles to get more people to join. This problem is complicated by increasing numbers of the population who could not pass an Army physical. Only 6% of the population now call themselves veterans, down 20% from 50 years ago. There is also a growing gap between the military and Mordor political leaders which increases the chance of a military takeover.
