Capitalist rulers are running on fumes. German manufacturing is down 6%-7% this year. There is stagnation in Canada, Japan and Italy. Those in recession include the once proud Nordic Socialism of Sweden and Norway. Since the end of COVID the cost of food has gone up 20%. Because the rulers lack a class analysis of what is going on, the dynamics of capitalism and the world class struggle are outside their limits. They are lost.
