When a mediator is invited into a conflict between coop members how does she approach it? Should the mediation occur within the group as a whole or should the combatants be met with privately? If they are met with in private how much of that private meeting should be revealed? This is a very high level analysis of how to handle group conflict and balancing the need to maximize transparency while at the same time protecting privacy.
