Marxist Analysis of Whether The Fourth Industrial Revolution is a Myth or Reality

Is it fair to say that there has already been a 4th industrial revolution? According to this author, the 4th industrial revolution is actually the 6th time a 4th industrial revolution has been announced and have all previous ones have been disproven. Robotics and many new technologies have not led to significant capitalist productivity. Lastly, to the extent it has been productive it has ignored the working class and countries on the capitalist periphery.
