They think that imperialism comes into being and fades away dependent upon the leader. So according to liberals there is Mordor imperialism under Trump but under Biden there was none. The author defends the international theory of realism to explain the world situation but then adds economic wars for resources as well as Dubois’ theory of race in international dynamics.
