This is a very interesting article about how deep Kissinger’s devotion for “order and stability” goes. In one of his first books he showed his deep admiration for the 1815 Council of Vienna. Among other things this council restored monarchies in Europe, destroyed nation-states, initiated population control policies and controlled the books allowed in universities. The council was on a collision course with the philosophy of Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Paine.
