It is giving “His Highest” more credit than he deserves to say he has a foreign policy. Rather, he has antics which are so convoluted that half the time he retracts them soon after he initiates them.
What he doesn’t understand is that his erratic political actions make the United States a bad place in which to do business. The use of the dollar is going down. Far from BRICS fading, it is Donald Trump’s antics which are fueling and amplifying the use of currency OUTSIDE the dollar.
