The Mordor ruling class is so far behind the 8-ball it’s taken them ten years to realize that China is outcompeting them in areas in which they refuse to invest – industrial capital.
When it comes to industrial robots and electric cars China is far ahead of all Western states put together. In influence over Africa, China has over 4 times the infrastructural projects going on than that of any Western country. Had Mordor stopped investing in arms for the whole world and trading their stock options they might have been able to compete.
