On the surface it seems that geopolitical dynamics or geoeconomics really have nothing to do with the weather. After all, the weather in different countries is a result of factors that have to do with nature and which human society really can’t affect.
Iran has had droughts for 10 years while the surrounding areas are not suffering from it. Now the destruction of US radar systems there has allowed rain and snow to fall. Could the US be deliberately controlling the weather dynamics in Iran?
