Hyundai is a very popular car in the US, probably because it’s cheap. Hyundai is cheap because of how it treats its workers. For example “ Hyundai has no sick days. With only three personal days, regardless of years at the company, workers are bound to end up in a disciplinary process.” That is why the UAW is attempting to organize them.
