Luis Razeto Migliaro is one of the few theorists of workers coops who is not afraid to use the categories of capitalist economics to understand problems of workers cooperatives.Razeto considers consequences for equity of different ways of adding and removing members to cooperatives. He proposes a novel method of weighing work hours by job type in the interest of accounting for the differential contributions of knowledge, skill and capacity among the several members.
