We are not purists. We don’t hold out the term socialism for societies that have no capitalism, no classes and no money. For us, China is clearly on the road to communism despite having a ruling party and social classes. 60% of investment comes from state-owned enterprises. Their world in abolishing extreme poverty is outstanding and most of all, they are following Marx’s extortion to develop the productive forces all over the world with railroads and the BRI.
