Graduate Workers on Fire, Organizing at a Blistering Pace

Following their success at MIT, graduate workers are organizing not just teaching assistants, but also research assistants in the fields of technology, engineering and math.

Not being in unions affords them the opportunity to try new structures in which “every support worker is a leader, and every leader is a trainer”. Grad workers are also creating networks ACROSS CAMPUS, for coordinated actions, something that unions don’t do enough of.
